Residential Additions

Wayne, PA

A renovation located in Radnor Township’s North Wayne Historic District, this 19th century home had a two part renovation / restoration scope of work. Originally built with a full front porch, previous owners had removed the porch and enclosed another section. Total restoration of the porch  proved too costly, so the compromise was to rebuild the removed section and restore the front entry as possible.

To the rear,  additions were built to expand the kitchen and breakfast rooms, provide a laundry and powder room and a sunroom. Finally a deck will provide views to the gardens.
