Challenge Design Group (CDG)* is a design-build firm specializing in the design, renovation and construction of facilities for persons with disabilities. Growing up with a brother with severe Cerebral Palsey has heightened my awareness for the needs of the disabled and the complexities of each individuals’ needs. It was only natural for me to become involved in this specialized field.

Art Museum Signature Properties (AMSP) is a partnership devoted to the renovation of an area adjacent to the Art Museum in Philadelphia, PA. Primarily single family, turn of the century row homes, these renovations take on a unique look and formula developed by the partnership to restore buildings’ facades with new true divided light windows (TDL), window boxes, paneled shutters, stained glass, signature flag and (6) six color paint scheme.

The Week’s House was a design-build project that combined the efforts and skills of all partnerships. A 19th century, wood framed farmhouse in West Cape May was transformed into an accessible, single family residence for persons with disabilities. A rental property also used by the partners, this house is available only to those in need of it’s special features.
