An 1800’s residence, this renovation / addition was under construction and was featured as it progressed. This Sun Room addition connects the Kitchen, Breakfast and Dining Rooms. A rear entrance vestibule is also being added to connect the main level of the home with the garden and terraced areas. A mid level garden level provides a natural seat for this project, adjacent to the flagstone terrace and spectacular lawn and lower gardens.
