This stone, stucco & frame farmhouse was built in 1963 copying an older 1920’s - 30’s plan. Located on a beautiful 12 acre plot, this property was in need of extensive general restoration as well as some significant upgrades for it’s new family of five.  Developing a master plan for this client entailed realizing their immediate needs while planning for a future 10 years ahead. Started in 2000, we are now in our 11th year and still planning for another 10 years.
