Design is all about scale, mass, context, and use. Whether one is creating the next soaring urban tower or connecting something new with the ancient, the same core values and methodology apply. My attention to these governing forces allow me to move effortlessly between genres. While my focus of late has been with historical structures; renovations, restorations and repurposing, the ability to create the next new building technology and aesthetic is guided by the same principles.

It’s last use a hair salon with apartments on the second floor, this project renovation converted all floors for office use along with extensive exterior modifications. Site work included a parking and planting combination softening this building’s relationship with the adjacent residential neighborhood.
